Ryan and Katelynn were such a joy to photograph. I met Ryan in grade 8 when I started attending the youth group at a local church. We later ended up going to the same high school (even performing in a musical together!) and eventually university. Katelynn + Ryan also met at that same university, and  last summer I got to know Katelynn better when we connected over $4 breakfasts and dreaming of California road trips. It didn’t take very long at all to see why this beautiful girl captured Ryan’s heart – she is full of grace and kindness, never failing to bring joy into ordinary life. I am so excited to photograph their wedding in 2016 but for now, some engagement photos!
