I went to the same university as AJ but we didn’t end up actually meeting until this past February while at a conference in Canmore. On the drive up we all went around the bus and told the BC group who we were and what we did for a living, so I obviously told the group that I was a wedding photographer. Later that evening while chatting it came up that he had recently gotten engaged to Michelle (great name haha!) and we ended up talking about the fact that they didn’t have a wedding photographer so I conveniently slipped him a business card and we went on our merry way. A few weeks later I got a message from AJ asking if I was available on their wedding day and I met with him and Michelle to talk more about their big day before they officially booked. We met up again last week to take some engagement photos at the always beautiful Whytecliff Park – also extra special because that is where AJ proposed!

I am SO excited for their July 23rd wedding – these two are so fun and have the kindest hearts. Also they are ridiculously good looking and dress so well so that definitely doesn’t hurt! Enjoy some of the images we captured! xx
