Last March Rachel Barkman invited me to come along on one of her inspiration shoot that she had been working diligently on. We spent so much time giggling with excitement via Facebook chat and going over Rachel’s plans again and again. It was SO fun. In true Vancouver style, it was raining all week but on the day of the shoot the sun broke out and we headed into the mossy, beautiful, west coast forest and set up the most magical scene with a lace teepee! And then the models came and the florist pulled out the bouquet and all I could do was stand there and take in the beauty. We took hundreds of photos and they are all so stunning. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, but I absolutely love living in the Pacific Northwest. Being able to step outside and be in the mountains and forests within an hour in any direction is so wonderful. Here are a few of the photos that I snagged throughout the afternoon.
